Entries can be made through e-mail or surface mail. Please note that entries are confirmed only after entry fee is paid.
1) e-mail
Download the entry form from, fill the form and send to the organizer by e-mail (asoc2010@hear.to) The organizer will send you back an e-mail confirmation when the entry form is received. In case you do not receive our reply in a couple of days, please let the organizer know by e-mail or fax.
2) Surface mail
Fill the entry form of this bulletin and post it to:

Closing date
Normal entry: March 15, 2010.
Late entry: March 31, 2010
All payments should be made by international bank transfer to JOA' bank account. To cover Japanese bank charge, please add 2,500 yen on each transfer. In case any additional charges occur, the organiser would pass on the charges to the participant on arrival.

Entry for the Elite class
Competitors in elite classes can be registered individually or through their clubs but should be endorsed by their federation. The federation should provide the list of their elite class runners.
E-card
The punching device is the Emit E-card (not SPORTident). Participants who wish to use their own card should report their card number in the entry form. The rental E-card is 300 yen per day, or 600 yen for all competitions.
Bus transport on the Long distance race
On May 4 (Long Distance), there is no parking area in the venue. Therefore, those who use their own cars must use the official bus service from Onikubo Fureai Hiroba to the venue.

*1: This cover registration as a team official including the model event. Participation in the team official meeting demand status of either a team official or a competitor. The team official who will participate to the competition shall also register as competitors.
