CENTAIR to PENSION YAMABOSHI 95km 140 minutes by car.

Warmup model course (several controls within small area)
Session1 nomal sprint race(time start) 1.5-2.0km 12-15min.
Session2 mass start sprint 1.5-2.0km 12-15min
16:00 drive to accommodation (90minutes drive)
18:00 dinner
19:30-21:00 meeting

Session 3 middle race (time start) 3-4km 30-35min
Session 4A interval training (mass start) 1.0km*5times 60minutes
Seesion 4B long route plan training(1:15000) 5.0km 60minutes
*Participants can choose Session 4A or 4B.
*lunch between Session3 and 4 for themselves
